Initially couldn't get them to set up an appt.  A friend called them and asked what was the problem in setting up an appt.  Then everything started to work well and we got a Saturday appt, with 4 workers.  I didn't think we needed 4 men to do the job, but they were pleasant and professional.  they came back 2 more times which really drove up the price.  They were the only company that was able to really rewire our dining room correctly after many different company's attempted the work.
