Scott came when he said he would and completed the job as explained. Everything went smooth and he finished the job in a timely manner. The two leaking pipes and a pressure test on the system was performed. The inspector from CNG came out later and approved of the work that was done.

Scott did a great job. He was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. During demolition, I needed him to disconnect some water lines and came over that afternoon. I was very happy with his work.

I hired Scott because he worked for my brother in a subcontract role. However, Scott's attitude was not positive and though he did complete the job correctly, It was not a great experience. I have had so many problems with Plumbers in the past that, though he was not great, I did call him again for a much larger project that I needed quoted. However, after 2 calls, I never got a call back. I have since stopped calling him to do our plumbing.

He first came to my home when the toilet wasn't working and said it was "worn out" and since it was original to the home, I didn't have any trouble believing that. He said to order a specific toilet which I did and when it arrived to call him back and he would install it and dispose of the other toilet. I have installed toilets myself and believe me it was worth it to have Scott install this toilet. He was prompt, professional and worth every cent!

Mr Sullivan came the same afternoon I called at exactly the agreed upon time. The work was done in a very professional manner--he obviously knows his plumbing. He cleaned up afterward, leaving everything in perfect order.
