The installation of the fence was smooth and the first day of training with our dog went well.  But by the next day our dog was afraid to go beyond 10 feet of the house and it was difficult to get him to explore the safe boundaries.  We kept working with him though and now he is enjoying the yard.  He does not get close to the areas where he was originally "shocked" however.  When we emailed Drew with our concerns he answered promptly with suggestions.  However, I would have probably liked it better if he could have come back to check on the situation himself.  As far as the fence it self, so far so good.  But it has only been one week.  Hopefully it will continue to work well.

Went very well - installation was quick, professional, efficient - and CLEAN - and the training has been effective. Phil was on time, delivered what he promised and i am really pleased with the choice. I would use him again -- and am confident his service will be as solid as the installation. The collars are guaranteed for life so there was no charge. Phil, the owner is absolutely great. He shows up and does what he says he is going to do in a timely fashion. I am very pleased. I want my dogs to stay off the driveway and out of the woods. Phil is outstanding. I would highly recommend him.

Phil a hard worker who brings a great attitude to the installation of our fence. Rain or shine Phil is always there. Not only did he install the fence he taught our dog not to cross it. This was quite a feat as our dog had a stubborn streak a mile long. On many occasions before Phil installed the fence our Abby had roamed down the street without listening to any of our calls. She thought it was a game, a game that ended as soon as Phil trained her to the fence. This fence causes a beeping sound on the collar warning her that the fence was close. If she still approached the fence a small jolt would further warn her. He even had us put the collar on our arm to prove that the jolt was only a discomfort not painful as we thought. He has a way with animals. Without any yelling on his part our dog paid attention to him which didn't happen with either of us. In fact we were so impressed with Phil's style that we also hired him to help train her "off leash" style. We would highly recommend him
