They helped us choose the perfect couches and chairs for our family room: super comfortable, top quality Harden pieces. The quality andprices were excellent, way better than any of the big name chain furniture stores (like Ethan Allen and Boyles, etc.).
We loved the furniture so much we went back and ordered all our upholstered living room furniture, plus two bedrooms of bureaus and beds and mattresses. When we had any questions or concerns, they got back to us right away and were super helpful and knowledgeable.
We also needed two skylight shades replaced, which worked out as perfectly as the rest of our business with them.
The owner, Richard, is friendly and knowledgeable and the sales people, Hal and Gail, are no-pressure and were always looking out for our interests. And their delivery guys are the greatest! Furniture Emporium made setting up our new home in Connecticut a truly happy experience.

Furniture Emporium is fantastic! They sell high-quality, bench-made furniture and make sure you are satisfied from start to finish. The set I purchased was solid wood, made to order by a company in New Hampshire, with incredible workmanship, and it was less expensive than a lot of the mass-produced, inferior pieces sold at the big chain stores. Our salesperson, Gail, was generous with her time, and even remembered my name when I returned to the store several days after my initial visit. The delivery guys could not have been more careful or courteous; on a rainy day, they put down more than enough matting/runners to make sure that they didn't dirty the floors or carpets on their way in and out, and they were extremely attentive to every detail of the installation. The owner of the store, Richard, patiently and helpfully answered all of my questions on furniture care when I called a few days after the delivery. I could not be happier with the furniture and the customer service.
