Very professionally done, they were friendly to deal with. The total materials and labor charges were more than the insurance company settlement, but they handled that directly with with insurance company. I had no extra out-of-pocket charges to pay them. Would recommend them to others.

I had such a good experience  - nice, honest people who did a beautiful job on the repair and did it on time. I called late on Friday close to closing time, and asked if I could stop in for a quick consult/estimate, and Brian said he'd stick around until I got there. He looked at the car immediately when I arrived and provided an estimate on the spot. Compared to the estimate provided by the dealer, this was almost half. I asked when we could schedule it and he said right away/whenever was convenient and as I tried to figure out when I could expect to coordinate a ride etc., he offered to drop me off at my home if I wanted to leave it there immediately, which I did. What service!
They did an immaculate job, and were very transparent, honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Another car hit my front bumper in a motor vehicle accident.  The other party accepted full responsibility.  Brian wrote an appraisal for the damage to my car.  He talked to the insurance adjuster.  A supplemental report was submitted for additional work needed to be done because you could not see this damage until the bumper was physically removed from the car.   In my opinion, Brian and the other workers did an outstanding job.  When I saw the car upon picking it up, you could not tell that the bumper was damaged in an accident.  The bumper looked brand new.   Brian is very professional and handled all of the details from the beginning to the end for the repairs of this car.    This auto body shop did an extraordinary job in all aspects of fixing my car.   I highly recommend them.

The work was done very professionally...they worked with me to minimize our costs. The only issue was they were suppose to leave the car outside for me to pick it up once the work was complete...when I showed up they forgot to do that...a minor inconvenience.

I highly recommend Farmington Valley Auto Body, and in particular, Brian. I called three body shops in the area the Thursday before Labor Day to fix a bumper that was ready to become disconnected from the rest of the car. I explained that the car and bumper didn?t have to look brand new, but that they did need to look better than they did, and the bumper had to be reattached. The first shop was recommended by a friend who knows the owner and said to mention his (the friend?s) name and he (the owner) would work with me to keep the price down. When I called (at 2:30) he said it was too late and suggested I come by tomorrow for an estimate. When I called the second shop, I got an answering machine; he later called back ? on his way home and said to call back tomorrow. The third, Brian at Valley, said to come by that afternoon. I did and before I parked the car, he was out to assess the bumper. While he said it was worse than he expected, he said he could do it tomorrow; he estimated it would take 3-4 hours and cost a couple hundred bucks. He said I could bring it back that night and drop off the keys in the box or bring it by in the morning and he?d take care of it. Since the first shop was nearby, I stopped in and asked if he could possibly give me a rough estimate that afternoon. He looked at the bumper and said there was no way it could be fixed; the bumper cover would have to be replaced. He went to his computer, asked me for all kinds of info, and eventually printed me out a 3-page ?preliminary estimate? with a bottom line cost of $1338.28. He apparently saw my expression and then added ?I don?t have any control over the price of the parts.? The next day (Friday before Labor Day) my ride to Valley was delayed, so I called Brian to ask how late I could bring over the car. He said by noon. I got there at 11:00 and left it. Before 3:00 he called and said it was ready. I was delighted with the results. The car looked brand new. The bumper was fixed, the car was nicely washed, and the final cost was $150 ? 25% less than the quote and a fraction of the amount quoted by the recommended shop that ?could work with me.? Brain was courteous, professional, and had a sense of humor. The shop was quite busy with other customers, but he managed to get us all done before the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Auto Body.

Farmington Valley Auto Body was recommended to us by our insurance company after our car was in an accident.  The gentleman I meet with to discuss the repairs was courteous and professional.  They repaired the damage in a timely manner and did a great job (you can't tell there was ever any damage).  I'm not sure how their prices are as I don't remember what they charged for the repairs since it was paid for by the insurance company.  I would recommend Farmington Valley Auto Body and will be getting an estimate from them for some minor repairs (not accident related) on one of our other cars.

Repair done on time, on budget and best of all looks better than before the accident.

They are friendly, honest, thorough, and cooperative.  They do what they say they are going to do, and there are never any surprises.

Every time I have gone I have been extremely pleased with their service.
