After I booked the service they came right out and did the job. The fence looks amazing. We used Cape Cod years ago and it was the same great service which is hard to find these days. If you are looking for a fence, I wouldn't go to any other company.

I compared the four major fence companies in my surrounding area. They all seemed like quality businesses, but Cape Cod Fence was the most responsive and helpful in evaluating my needs for the job. The quality of the product is excellent as well as their price for completing the job. The job was completed in the time frame I had asked for and the crew who installed the fence did an excellent job, were professional and punctual. When I need the remainder of my fencing replaced in the next few years I will definately hire them again.

Excellent team of installers. There was a delay on the fence post caps, but the installers communicated the issue and let us know the time frame. The fence and trellis are well installed and have remained so over a few winters. At the time of purchase, we had a knowledgable representative who answered our questions honestly and capably. The installation went as expected.

We do build all our fence products in Canton custom for each job which may cause a slight delay from post install to section install however it fits better this way and the end result is always a tighter and more custom fence built just for your property. We were scheduled for Thursday then they bumped us because they overbooked us. Ok, we understand things happen. Then they came the next day and they didnt have all the pieces so they left it half assembled. They left before 1:00 but said they couldn't come back bc they had to go to the warehouse. Apparently that must take a while if they couldn't come back the same day even though still fairly early. Ok, we were annoyed but again things happen and we understand there may be certain policies involved... Then they were supposed to come back the next day at 9 am to finish which is today. Nothing. So I called the place and got an unfriendly and unsympathetic and unconcerned woman who could not give me any information. So it's now 3 hours later and he still hasn't showed. I know it's a play set but when you make an appointment (now 3) these are things you plan your day around. Which I tried to exlain to the person on the phone during my initial phone call, she did not care, still couldn't help me. Now it looks like we are expecting rain .. We paid a lot of money for this. So, reluctantly i called back. I got the same woman i got earlier. Same attitude. I understand this isnt her fault and I was nice but that didn't seem to help me get a more friendly attitude. We thought we were going to have a good experience because when we looked at the sets the guy was so nice that is the only reason i gave the overall a D. I understand they outsource this but they seem to have no concern as to how it goes after we paid. I assume the guy who has to set it up doesn't make much money. I only marked qualify as a B right now b/c the wood that is lying in my yard seems to be of good quality, hopefully we will know soon if we get to use the thing.

"Thank you for bringing your delivery concerns to our attention as we appreciate customers who let us know when expectations have not been met. We understand busy schedules and eager children who are waiting for their gym set to be delivered and we apologize for any miscommunication on the arrival time. Our gym set delivery and set ups are all done in-house and therefore we generally have a quick turnover from time of purchase to installation. As with any product, some scheduling flexibility is required due to weather and unforeseen difficulties with material deliveries. With this particular gym set, it was eight days from order to delivery which is less than half the wait time of our competitors. Unfortunately we were not able to finish the installation on Friday, however we did return to complete the installation the following day (Saturday). The customer who was on site during the final installation reviewed the gym set and competed work and thanked our crew for a job well done. Since reading this review, several calls have been placed to discuss the matter further. We are always open to customer feedback and appreciate your business. The first 2 man crew came and replaced my fence and did a terrible job. I contacted the company with my dissatisfaction, the owner came and looked at the project, acknowledged it was terrible, and offered to come replace it-- personally-- free of charge. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the final results and the company's resolve.

Promises were made that were not kept. I was promised that it it would be a certain elevation and it's not was the strongest fence I could buy and it is already coming apart. They let me know as best they could the dates they could come out. Someone came out just before payment was due. I asked for a period of time to make the last payment and no one ever got back to me. They got back to me the very day before the last payment on their terms due. I wrote a letter describing things and requested time equal to their delays and making the last payment.

"After fixing one picket which was loose your fence looks great. Towns have restrictions on height so we can only build them to town height requirements. You will enjoy this fence for years. After 10 years I drove past this fence and it still looks great."

Terrific job and quality work. Trustworthy, completed without our being home. Replaced existing double door which had rotted out after some 30 years. Rich and Phil are very competent and friendly men. We've used them for other work over the years. Highly recommend.

Could not have been happier with the service and quality. I requested several custom modifications to my fence and they were carried out quickly and accurately. The company did a lot of extra work for me without an ounce of resistance and was also helpful in providing me materials and advise for another fencing project where I did the installation myself. This was a very positive experience and their work does justice to a unique property I am very proud of.
