It used to be much better initially when I always had the same person coming, but after some time I started getting different people. Most of the time it was fine, had a couple of issues with the level of cleaning a couple of times over the years but they addressed those when I brought them up. However, I'm incredibly disappointed and had to cancel the service after one of my cats was locked in a gated room all day. I would have been willing to pass it as a one time accident, but instead one of the cleaners said the gate was locked when they arrived (I never lock that gate) and that she saw my cat jump the gate (he's an 18 year old cat who can't do that). I was extremely disappointed by Peg's aggressive and unprofessional tone after I brought this up, so I will be looking for another service. I don't expect them to anything with my pets when they come, but not locking them all day in a room away from food and litter should be common sense.

"Thank you for the review and I'm sorry you feel this way. I do apologize for what transpired but as I mentioned, there is absolutely no way for our cleaners to know that your cat cannot jump and/or climb. The gate was latched, not locked at you mentioned above, and the girls do not know how to unlatch. The gate is knee high and they climb over it. The girls that have cleaned your home (only 3 girls, one of which is our QA manager) all thought the gate was there for your dog, not the cat. We service many many homes with pets and have never had this problem. The customers usually notify us if there is a problem with a pet and the notes go into the customers work order. We did not get any special notes, calls and/or requests regarding your pets .We do try to go above and beyond when it comes to requests, and have even had to chase pets down the street to get them back safely. We do not disregard any requests and do our very best to full fill them,. You've mentioned common sense several times, and common sense tells us, cats jump. Even if we try to remove them from a knee high gated area, there is a good chance they will jump back in. The knowledge we have for a clients pet is only as good as the information supplied by the client. We shouldn't be expected to just know or assume this information on any home. That just isn't fair to our cleaners or to your pets. Again, I am very sorry this transpired. As I mentioned yesterday, we never like to see a customer go, but we do feel that this change is for the best. We wish you the very best of luck with your new service."

I've been using them for a couple of years and have no complaints. I almost always get the same person to clean the house, and I like the consistency. They are always receptive to feedback if something wasn't as expected, but I rarely ever need to, the house always looks great when they come!

When we first hired them they made it sound like they would send the same people to our house to get the job done. It was for our security and we didn?t have to worry about having a bunch of strangers in our house. However, we used to have a new person every time and the quality of service was at times not what we were looking for. They accidentally locked themselves out of the house at one point in time and left the keys to our house as well as other houses along with the binder inside the house. So, we came home and had the keys to other people?s houses along with the map and directions on how to get there. We were so inclined to do bad things. We didn?t even have a voice mail or a message saying that they left their keys and binder in our house. We had to call them and tell them about it. So, that was the last thing that got on our nerve. They used to send e-mails sometimes asking feedback about their work. There was no follow up even after we told them that we weren?t satisfied with their work. In general, there used to be random people coming to our house to get the work done and it wasn?t inexpensive too. So, we stopped using their services and picked up our keys from them. They used to show up when they were supposed to show up, but we don?t intend to use their services in the future.

At first, it took a few times to show the women which rooms I wanted done and different ones came each time. This was to insure that I would always be able to have someone who was familiar with what I wanted should my "regular" be ill. I soon settled on Ginette, and requested to have her every time and they readily agreed to accommodate me. All of the women have been very nice and have done a very good job. They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies and waste no time in getting right to work. It is a pleasure to come home to a sparkling clean house.
