We had a party that we booked for our daughter and when she came down with hand foot and mouth disease they kept the 50% deposit. We told them on the Tuesday of the week we were going to have the party that we would need to postpone and the day of the party was going to be that Saturday. Bremar said they couldn’t transfer the credit to another reservation even though we told them 4 days before that we had a highly communicable illness in our family that we didn’t want to share with every family that we know. Their reasoning? “The truck is already loaded up.” No where in the contract does it state that deposits are non refundable, however, they refuse to refund my deposit. I will never rent from them again

They arrived on Friday with the whole order when they said they would. Were very attentive to where we wanted the tent. Set up the tent and tables. All equipment was clean and in excellent shape. Came back Sunday and took down tent and tables. Our yard never even looked like anything had been there. Very nice workers!!!!
