The place is in an old factory building and upon approach you are not sure it is the sort of place you want to go, but my experience both times I've had to use them was very good. One time they repaired my Ford 150 and the next time they evaluated my Chevy Suburban and provided me with options, one of which was to get rid of the car, which I did.

I had no complaints with AA Automatic in Canton. They were prompt. They called me and told me it was a bad drive shack. He saved me a hundred dollars in doing that.

I used them in the month of April. I've been using their service for over twenty five years. I've been going back to them every time I need maintenance for my car. The price varies a lot from time to time. It would vary from up to $150 to well over $1000. I've used them for many occasions. This last time I just needed them to check out a problem with my car and give me some recommendations. There really wasn't any work done other than they test drove the car and diagnosed it. I got a report from them as to what they thought that I should do. There was no actual repair work that was done at that time. I would say others that this service is the most competent and most professional auto repair maintenance service in the area. They are very thorough and excellent diagnosticians. They are able to pin point a problem very accurately. They are proactive. I will get a report from them even after they've done the maintenance or repair work. While doing the job, if they notice some things that need to be taken care of in the next three to six months or so, they tell me and that's very helpful too.
