Description of Work: BHR provided an estimate for roof replacement at my home. Their estimate was significantly higher than the other six bids received, which ranged from $13,000 to $19,000, with most between $16,500-$19,000. These other roofing contractors had excellent reputations on Angie's List with numerous "A" reviews. At the time, BHR only had one review on here, and it was only a "B", which tells you something right there. Therefore, I see no credible reason for BHR's steep price, other than to gouge customers. Also, I'll add that BHR was significantly slower in returning my initial phone call and coming out to do the estimate, as well as getting the written estimate to me. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by this company, and would recommend all 6 of the other contractors I received estimates from before I'd consider this company.
