Description of Work: I bought a 5 tx special. They never called to set up services or discuss. I called TLC and they told me they were coming out the next day. They didn't show up. I called again and they said someone would call me back. They didn't . I called and cancelled my service and was refunded my money. I wouldn't recommend them!

Description of Work: We started using this company a year ago. At first it seemed as if it was working, but over time our lawn looked worse than before the treatment. This summer they came and did a treatment and our lawn immediately developed brown spots. We discovered they were using a very harsh chemical that the law now requires customers be notified of - they did, but in tiny print on the back of the service bill. It was noted in the description of this chemical information that it would kill the type of grass we have. It is also poisonous for children and pets. Our cat went blind about the time we started using the service. Never made the connection. Our Vet made us aware of this. The usual 24 hour 'keep pets off the lawn' rule is not enough for this chemical. They did respond quickly when I called about the problem, but only to put more of the same down!! We discontinued our service and went with another company.
