SKYLINE FENCE LLC

At the same time we were having our fence put in, we recommended Skyline to our neighbors who had a fence put in just after. Both of our fences blew apart constantly whenever the winds got a little gusty. Our neighbor and I would call to ask for repairs but we would get the runaround and no one would ever call back. A terrible company that did not deserve to be in business. I can't believe I suggested that my neighbors use them. What regret.

I had them come over to provide an estimate for fencing as they had done a job for my neighbor.  We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and decided to hold off on the job.  He called us back a little later saying they were doing another job for a different neighbor, and lowered the charge a little bit and we agreed to hire him.  We gave him a deposit of half of the total charge on a credit card.  A few days later we noticed that our card had been charged twice, when we called to check on the charge and they claimed it was an error, and that they would correct it - which it was.

At another point, the owner used my credit card with another company to pay off another debt.  As time went on, the owner kept giving me the run around and gave me excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't make it to install my fence.

In the end, I used another company to install my fence but Skyline Fence caused a lot of aggrevation that could have been prevented had I gone with another company in the first place.  Fortunately, because I used a credit card, I was able to dispute the charges made since I never actually recieved any goods or services and was able to get my money back.

I contracted with Skyline Fence 07-25-07 to install a 7 foot high chain link fence with two gates. (Total of about 50 feet of fence.) I also needed an 8 foot section of white lattice fencing to hide some pool equipment. I paid them 1/2 the amount which came to approximately $1500. I was told it would be installed in approximately three weeks. After about 4 1/2 weeks, I called for an update, as I had not heard from them, and was told the materials had not yet come in. Approximately two weeks after that, while we were away, they called to set up installation for the next day. I called when we returned, three days later, and was told they were on a big job that would probably take most of that week. They finally showed up almost two weeks later and still haven't completed the work. They(the workers) say they'll be here and don't show up--they have told me it will be done on a certain day, and don't show up. It's been 10 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to finish.
