Jim was the only contractor that I contacted that got back to me quickly.  He showed up as scheduled to look at the job and had a quote for me that night.  He started with a few days and finished as scheduled.  The work exceeded my expectations.  Jim is professional and courteous and I'd use him again in the future.

Jim is an exceptional professional. He shows up when he says he will and does remarkably clean work. Some of the cleanest drywall seams I've ever seen.  Even when some subsequent roofers cracked some of his previous work, he came back at no charge to clean it up and make it beautiful again.  He is now my drywall guy!

Jim showed up on time, organized the tools he would need, and got to work.  Removing the bees nest, repairing ceiling, then applying the drywall mud took just about 2 hours.  He cleaned up the room and set up a small heater near the repaired area so the mud would dry overnight.  Jim arrived on time the next day.  He had a couple of ceiling paint choices for me to review to ensure I was happy with the match to the existing ceiling color.  One of them was a perfect match.  He painted the ceiling, cleaned up the room again, and went on his way.  This final piece of work took a little less than an hour.  Total time for repair: about 3 hrs.
Now that the repair is complete and the paint is dry, I can't even tell there was ever a problem!  Jim was professional, courteous, respectful of my time, and arrived on time.  He runs his business well.  I would recommend him and I think the price was quite good for the quality of Jim's work.  Excellent! 

Jim promptly replied to our inquiry to set up a convenient time to come to look at the job and provide an estimate. We had a tight time frame and Jim was able to work within that window. He was very punctual, work was of excellent quality, did his best to contain sheetrock dust to the kitchen area and cleaned up after himself each day. Work took 1 full day and a portion of 3 addtiional days. Jim is very thorough and professional. Our kitchen ceiling looks great!

Jim was prompt to supply an estimate and on schedule with the work. The job came out great. On time, professional, a reasonable price and a great job. What more could you ask for?

Jim did an outstanding job- he immediately responded to my phone call.  To save time and money, he asked me to text him photographs of the cracks around the fireplace. He immediately gave me a fair and reasonable estimate.  Once I approved the estimate, we made an appointment to start the project within a few days.  The price was fair.  Jim did an outstanding job-you cant even see the cracks (some of which were pretty severe)- and he made sure that the walls were ready for me to pain.  I will definitely call him again for future drywall repairs.   I highly recommend him.

It was a three day job, they came every day they said they would and on time.

Work was done on schedule and within estimate. Work area was kept clean. The repaired area matched the texture for the rest of the ceiling.

Responded to initial contact in a timely manner.  Provided clear estimate within 24hrs via email.  Reasonable measures taken to protect flooring and minimize dust.  Extremely personable and professional.

He showed up on time, explained exactly what was wrong (previous owners had over-insulated, preventing needed airflow and trapping heat and moisture behind drywall), did a wonderful job, left our room looking great (and clean too- no dust or other matter left over). Great experience, absolutely would use again / recommend.

Quick response, came over for an estimate the same day. He began the work about a week from the estimate. Everything was completed on time. With the exception of a ton of dust left everywhere to clean up, he did a wonderful job. He is extremely trustworthy.

The job went very well. Jim returned our call promptly, came out to give an estimate the next day, and quoted us a price that was half of another contractor's quote. His quote included materials, but he was willing to give us credit if he used any of our supplies that we already had on hand. He was able to start the job immediately. It was a three-day job: two days of taping and one day of sanding. Jim was flexible and worked around my schedule so that I could be home while he was doing the work. He was prompt, clean, and thorough. When I told him that my husband wanted to see the work before we paid in full, he readily agreed and offered to come back and fix anything that my husband might find. We primed the ceiling and walls last night and were very happy with Jim's work.

Reasonable price; prompt work; very good dust control and cleanup; responsive to detail issues. Caution to prospective customers: vaulted or cathedral ceilings difficult to obtain 100% smooth surfaces. Flat paints will not hide these imperfections whereas sprayed-on (sand or pop-corn) will. I would hire contractor again.
