great! Mike called to say he was on his way, which was much appreciated to know. He replaced the leaky kitchen faucet, dispensed some great advice about the kitchen as well as other questions I had. I definitely will be calling on him again, when the need arises.

Great, he remove the old rotten wood and put in a new shelf/floor under the sink which looks great but he also tightened the toilet seat and installed a new spring/hydro latch, don't know what it is called, for the screen door so it won't constantly slam shut.

Mike was a pleasure to work with, he spent an hour removing the old faucet because the retaining nuts were badly rusted. He had the right tools with him that included an electric saw that was needed to cut off the old nuts. It was a small job but Mike treated it like a much bigger job. I'll definitely be calling him again for other jobs around my house. Plumbers quoted me prices of 2-3 times as much for the same job.
