There was always consideration for all in the house and I truly don't think the experience could have been any better . I give them an A++ rating all around and would not hesitate to recommend this company , to even the most discerning homeowners .

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry you felt as though we did not provide you with the very best service possible. But you are very aware, you left a DEPOSIT CHECK so your cabinets could be ordered as soon as possible and the work could be completed before the upcoming Holiday. I went out of my way to work through every minor detail of your project at no cost to you (free design and consultation services) and to accommodate your tight schedule. In the following 3 weeks you did not ask for your deposit back or ask to cancel the [Member Information Removed]. There would have been plenty of time to cancel the [Member Information Removed] if only you had called or email us and your money would have been returned promptly. Instead, you chose to decline the cabinets on delivery day, at an expense to me of $2,800.00. All your money has been returned in full and I have a kitchen I can not sell. CT law does not require a contract to purchase materials from a supplier but we do honor our commitments and have hundreds of happy customers as confirmation."
