On Thanksgiving Eve 2020, I had a new range installed as the old one had failed a couple of days before . The delivery was a couple of hours late as the guys had a very full schedule that day. So the new range was plugged in and Poof!! ... it shorted out! We all looked at each other and the guys said the plug was not safe, I would need an electrician. At 6.37 p.m. So I looked up Scott Cartier. A cheerful greeting and he just had to drop off his takeout dinner at home and he would come. All the way from Brooklyn By 8:15 the range was operational. A very fair fee was charged ..everything is working fine. So very grateful that professional competence, allied with such a cheerful kindness came our way.
