He did go down below the frost line with the posts and did use 4 bags of cement to bury the posts in. He did not bring the cement up to the surface though. So the tops of the posts are still sitting in dirt with no cement around it. So I expect the tops of the post will rot.
The rest of his construction was fine but I think the overall execution should be better.
