He ran off with my deposit, and won't return my calls.  Originally, he told me the awning would be installed in 10 days, but over a month later, he has yet to return one call, and has not returned my deposit as requested.  Do not use this vendor.

I called the company and the owner came himself with a large book with samples. He was excellent in helping us pick the size awning that would provide the most shade on a difficult side of the house (low afternoon sun). We were not pressured at all, were not told that "the deal" was only that day. The deal we got was fixed and we had time to think and pick out our fabric. When it took a little longer to manufacture our awning the company e-mailed me regularly. On the day of installation the job was done very quickly. The installer, who is a permanent employee of the company, went over all of the details, , tips on when to retract due to wind etc. Very professional and friendly. We have loved our awning and the first cleaning is free.

It went very well. They were professional and the work was excellent. There are very few awning cleaning companies. These guys are good!
