+ 0 moreWe met with him in advance, wrote up a contract with him and he gave us his insurance that had lapsed. He started the job and was ok at the beginning for the first month. After that it was off and on. He had a problem reading the architectural things we wanted done. He had a tendency to demo a lot of things that did not need to be done. Areas of my home that were not supposed to be touched were ripped apart. He left the roof opened and it flooded our entire house. He is very nasty to me and refuses to give me his insurance. He will not talk to me and has continued to ignore me.
Description of Work: We paid over half of the cost of service and he did not even do a quarter of the job. He was doing an addition to our home and was putting in a new floor.
