They were more thorough than I expected and I was very pleased. Friendly, professional and efficient. The door looks great.

I called one day and they were able to schedule the job for the following day. The techinican, Mickey, showed up as scheduled and was courteous and professional. In addition to replacing the cables he made extra adjustments to the door without me asking. The door has never worked better!

It went extremely well the installer new exactly what to do. He was well trained and very courteous.
They are a great company to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

They have a showroom in Brookfield where they could show us the different types of doors and the options available to us. Their salesman came to our home and measured everything. As it turned out, the construction of our home did not allow the standard space for installation of the lifter motors. They offered to modify the rails to make them fit. Their price was very competitive. Installation was done about ten days after we made the commitment. Their installer showed up right on time, worked all day, and made a neat, clean installation. By the time he finished that day, everything worked as promised. It has been over a month since the new doors were installed, and there have not been any problems.

I only have two slight criticisms. The embossing on this brand of door is not quite as good as certain other brands, but we knew that ahead of time and accepted it, since the difference in price was very significant. The differences can not been seen from more than a few feet away and certainly not from the street. The second issue is that the installer cut away more of the wall board than perhaps was necessary alongside the doors. This exposed some gaps between the frame and foundation that required caulking and sealing and a little drywall repair.

Of the other companies that we contacted, one never responded, two others quoted higher prices. One of those two just named a very high price without ever looking at the house or measuring anything.

Overall, we are very pleased with the doors and their installation. Mark and his people were helpful, cooperative, and easy to work with. We would recommend Overhead Door Company of Brookfield to anyone in the market for new overhead doors.

They were fabulous. They do beautiful doors. They came when they said they would on dot. I had a phone conversation with them. One guy showed up for the estimate. He would be in his twenties but he knew what he was doing. They were very courteous. You couldn’t ask for a better deal than this. Their price was excellent. I can’t come out anything against them. They came on time. I would use them in the future.

Phone person ascertained what was wrong and size of door. Appointment made promptly. Service person arrived promptly, was pleasant, and performed work professionally. Good price.

They showed up on time and were right on target with how long it was going to take. They offered an additional product that was very useful. He did leave a little debris behind, but nothing to big of a problem. We have had no problems since. He even tightened up the weather stripping that they had installed a year before just to make sure it was working correctly. He did that on his own free will without us asking.

Overhead Door Corp was able to do this work after another company said that they couldn't do it without it being a major overhaul. I was totally satisfied with this company and would give them all top marks. They have a good reputation and I wish I had called them in the first place.

THEY WERE THOROUGH. THEY EXPLAINED THINGS. THEY WERE PRETTY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE WAY THAT THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO US ON MAINTENANCE. THE DOOR OPENS MUCH MORE QUICKLY NOW.
