In general it was a good experience.
"We spoke to [removed member name] and she said that her overall experience with the company was very good. There was just one individual that, unfortunately, was not professional. It was only because of him that she said she would not re-hire us. However, this individual is no longer with us and she said she would re-hire us."
UPDATE: When the job was almost done, a small project came up and the contractor gave me an estimate for (1 day job). I gave him a deposit and agreed that the job needs to be done by the end of the month (2.5 weeks time). After keeping the deposit for all this time, he called me and said that the work is more complex than he originally envisaged (shed doors replacement, not a rocket science) and he would like to send me the deposit back. Because of the precious time lost I now have to wait another 3 weeks before the job will be completed by another contractor. I therefore reduced the Punctuality rating and the Overall mark.
"We truly regret not being able to complete this job. Our sincerest apologies."
