My basement is at grade level with a door under the deck. We wanted to have area under deck done with pavers with a cement ramp at the door leading to a curved walkway from under deck. leading to a walkway up hill on the side of the house to driveway. I needed this to have access to basement with my motorcycle. I explained this all to Silvio and he clearly understood what I needed. He was able to imagine the details and how to fit it all together seamlessly (which the others could not). With his clear idea of how to handle the job and beating other estimates by about $1,000, it was a no brainer. They did the work promptly and quickly and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier.

Estimate was reasonable compared to other estimates I got and was willing to take away the stones from the yard. Once we agreed on the date to start, they promptly started the work and completed everything in 7 days.
They rebuild the retaining wall using stones available on the yard. Wall looks nice.
For the walkway, they removed existing bricks and installed the walkway with unilock pavers.
Happy with overall quality of the work and will use them again.

The wall repair was done the first today and included a big corner repair without tearing the whole thing out. That same day they dug up the old asphalt and prepped the area, except for they found a ledge of concrete near the garage that they needed permission/extra $800 to jackhammer out, the price still being very reasonable, I said go ahead. We had to wait a few days for the weather to clear, then they paved, just a week before the Thanksgiving snow storm. Its been almost two weeks now, and I can drive over it to my garage, but have to wait a couple more days before anyone can park on it. Silvio kept me abreast of schedule, payments and care. A friend had told me that Illescas was one of the more reasonably priced paving/masonry companies, and I think she was correct. All went well.
