I almost never hire cleaners for my house so I guess I was expecting a really amazing professional job that I wouldn't be able to do myself (at least not without a ton of effort). The first visit went without a hitch. They came and cleaned and the house smelled clean upon entry, but I somehow felt that they could have done more. There were cobwebs still in the house and some dust, though they covered all major areas -- bathroom, sinks, floors etc. I just felt like for the money it should have had a and quot;wowand quot; factor. On the second visit I felt the job was very rushed -- I found out later that the cleaners had rushed through it because they were worried that a storm was coming?! The countertops were not even wiped down and I generally felt the job had been halfway done. I called and was immediately promised a return visit the next day with a supervisor. I appreciated this, but was still not wowed by the second job. Even though the owner is very professional and prompt about customer service but I would hesitate to use this company again. I could have done the same job myself and saved the money.

They did good with everything else. My expectations may have been out of line on this, but I told my sister that things on the mantle were still dusty and she said they don't do that now because if they break something, they're liable. Overall, everything was fine except for that. I'm not in any rush to have them come back.
