It turns out he was in our town that day so he came that afternoon. He found the problem but since it is underground can't fix it until spring. He capped off the lamppost that was causing the problem so that the circuit would reset. He did not charge me an emergency fee. We plan to call him in the spring to deal with the lamp post issue.
