Rick is a professional, his knowledge, skill and patience surpassed our expectations. We are a small church office and our patched together computer systems were failing to meet our needs. Rick quickly made time for us. He came to the office and spent the time needed to understand our concerns and problems, and was patient (can't stress that enough) with our not too tech-savvy questions and explanations. Some issues he was able to correct in the first visit, others he took care of back in his lab, and then he got everything installed, tested and working well back in our office. He stayed with us until everything was performing to meet our needs and we understood how to use everything. Cost was very reasonable, especially considering we bought a computer and several types of new software, and utilized a lot of Rick's in-person time.

My computer could not turn on and when I brought in he knows exactly what's wrong and told me when I could expect it back and how much it cost. I took to the original company that I bought it from (Best Buy) and the technician told me that will take 2-3 weeks to get it back and he totally made wrong evaluation.

Rick showed up to my house at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and performed the tasks that I requested. The total visit was about an hour and a half. (I had made a mess that took a little while to clean up.). I am very pleased and will definitely used his services again when and if I need him.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and patients provided by the technician that came to our home. We are over 65 and require a little more TLC than younger computer literate people. Tom was very helpful with his explanations as he went along. They were prompt and very reasonably priced for the service. Our computers are safe and buzzing right along.

Rick was consistently prompt about answering phone calls, even after hours. He and his staff not only rescued my computer from the blue screen of death, but after repairing it they restored all my data and improved my computer's speed and performance. I thought the price for the repairs was very reasonable given the amount of work they did. My computer now responds like it did when it was new, and all for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. It's obvious they take real pride in their work.
