NOTE - Brookfield Tech Center merged with Denna PC (formerly 774 Federal Road; 203-740-0821) It's not often a business would pass up a chance to take a job and earn some money, but that's what happened when I called Denna PC. I dropped my laptop and the wi-fi wasn't working. When I described the problem, they told me I could pop open the memory panel on the back and see if the wireless adapter had come loose. Sure enough, that solved my problem and saved me a trip for a repair. But more importantly to me, it saved me TIME - time away from work (I'm an independent contractor) and the time waiting while it was fixed. Brookfield Tech Center/Denna PC didn't do any hands-on work, but after the fine customer service I received by phone, I will certainly call them for any future needs!
Description of Work: Gave advice over the phone that solved my problem.
