It took them less than 10 minutes to fix it. They were here on time to do the repair and we liked them. I don't have any problem with them.

This is an initial review; they are coming back today to fix some
problems with the original installation.  Showed up on time for both the
initial quote and installation day.  Completed installation quickly and
efficiently.  Unfortunately, the shower door is leaking but I did not
have a problem with this because once the door installation was done, it
had to stay moisture free for 24 hours (so I could not turn on the
shower to check for leaks until the next day) As soon as I realized that the door was
leaking on one side, I called and they were very nice and re-scheduled
another date to come out and fix the problem according to my schedule.
The price was high, but not as high as some other estimates and this was considered a "difficult" install due to the angles of some on the glass.

It went awful because they did not install the doors properly.  When they mounted/screwed the doors to my shower, they did not properly seal the holes in the tracks.  This caused water to get into the holes causing damage to the tile, grout and my kitchen ceiling.  The problem was found when they were called back and removed the doors.  They found water spurting out of the screw holes.  If the holes were sealed properly, water could not get in, never mind spurt out.  I sent them the bill for the repairs that needed to be made to the tile and the shower and they DENIED it was their fault.  I have paid $2,000 plus another $700 for repairs and I still don't have any shower doors.

MY RECOMMENDATION;  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.  TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
