VILLAGE CABINETS

From planning to finish approx. one month to make and install cabinets.  Designer worked with us and her suggestions to our plan were great.  Any finishing touches or finally touches were made promptly.  Very pleased with outcome and would hire them again if needed.

We feel everything went very well. We had an unusual situation in that we were going to be away between planning and start of project. Bob Butot at Village was very accommodating and very patient with me and my changes and questions. We met with all the contractors involved before we left to firm up plans. Everyone worked well together and the operation went smoothly. Bob had recommended the plumber and electrician and we were very pleased with both. Our carpenter had to remove a wall and do some work before Village could come in and start. He coordinated things while we were away.Village came in when they said they would and they came back to finish up after the counters were installed and took care of any concerns I had at the time. We are very pleased with the courtesy and clean up of the the workers. They were always ready to answer my questions. We love the design, quality, and look of our new kitchen.

We had someone come out to do measurements (not an easy feat with a house almost 100 years old) and we were kept in the loop about delivery and installation. The responsiveness, customer service and quality was consistent throughout the process.
