The owner is incredibly nice and responsive. The guy who came out to do the work was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and fast. He also answered some questions I had. I will definitely be using them for all of my future opening/closing and maintenance needs.

I called Mark on a Friday. After a small test on the hot tub he figured it was either the heat sensor or the control board. He said he could get out to us by the following Wednesday. He was rained out on that Wednesday but contacted me to let me know he would be here the next day. He was, he replaced the heat sensor and left me the old one. I haven't actually ever met Mark, but he has always been pleasant on the phone and in his text messages. He is reasonably priced and I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

The fee was very reasonable, it was like a hundred bucks and he had the parts in his truck. When we arrived at the house when we moved the previous owners gave us his name and number. He came out in the middle of the winter and got the spa running so I could have a nice romantic dinner with my wife at our new house so it would be warm by the evening. We had a cracked pipe and we were losing water for the spa, I thought it was very reasonable. He even talked me through over the phone how to diagnose what was going on a little bit. He was trying to help me figure out the cheapest way to do things and where I could buy parts and equipment, and supplies affordably. I really appreciate that.
