I took it to PC Techs 4U, Ken told me that he would have to look at my computer. He said to look at it would be free. He would call me when he found out what was wrong with it. When he called me back that day, said the work that needed to be done to my computer could be done that day and I could have it back. I have to say that the fear of not having my computer was lifted. I use it for work, when I'm home and not having it would be crazy. I picked it up on my way home that night. Ken stayed late for me to do that. He was very helpful and that is why I want others to know. Thanks to Ken, I was able to close a deal that night.
