From the outset, Morell performed shoddy, unprofessional work. Initial installation of its cabinets was performed haphazardly and
incompletely. Nail holes, uneven edges and doors and other finishing issues were numerous. Morell had to return several times with new, rebuilt portions of its work. This caused serious delay to our project.
Fast forward to March, 2013. The cabinet doors beneath our sink are coming apart. Paint is peeling and glueMy d joints are coming apart. My wife and I have placed no fewer than 15 calls to Morell Cabinets, leaving voice messages. Only ONE call was returned
some two weeks ago. The owner promised to call us within a few days to set a date for coming to our home to remove the faulty cabinet doors for repair. He has, as of this writing, FAILED to call back. We have placed at least TEN more calls to Morrell. NONE has been returned.
Morrell Cabinets is a shoddy, unprofessional and deceptive company. We urge anyone considering doing business with this company NOT TO!
