The house looks great but their customer service is awful.  The salesman told us he would be in constant contact to make sure everything went well and we never spoke to him again after they received our check. For the siding portion of the project they pretty much showed up when they felt like and the job went 3 months past the contract finish date (there were some weather delays).  There were incomplete/incorrect items with the siding and no one ever came out to fix the problems after many many phone calls.  They did not clean up at the end of the project and there was trash blowing all over my neighbors yards which we had to clean up and there were numerous nails and screws in my driveway.  I felt like I was guilted into giving final payment prior to the job being finished as I was told the workers would not get paid prior to Christmas if i did not pay them.  Phone calls are not returned, the dumpster was not removed at the time I was told it would be.  I asked for paperwork for the "exceptional products" I used as there is a "lifetime guarantee" and we have put the house up for sale but finally quit asking after numerous phone calls and no response.  The roof portion of the project went well, and actually they were very prompt in repairing some damage caused by a hurricane a week after the roof was installed.
