Work was done with utmost care to detail. Crystal and Mike make you feel as if you've known them forever. A pleasure to do business with. Already have plans for future sidewalk pavers, backyard firepit, backyard cleaning and mulching, vegetable and herb garden, patio paving, etc., etc., etc. Yes we are going to be doing business for a long, long, long time! :) Book 'em Danno!!! ;)

I do not want to use them again. They did a lousy job, and they didn't even pick out half the weeds.

The job went very well and was directed by Crystal. She is diligent and straightforward. They even stacked the cut logs into neat piles for my convenience. We were very happy with their work and would call them again.

They did a fabulous job for us. They were very knowledgeable about trees, shrubs, and plants. They were able to give us great suggestions for design ideas that were complimentary to our house and existing landscape. We will be working with them again this spring.

Crystal and Mike did a fantatstic job. I had a severe drainage problem in my backyard that was causing water to come into my basement. They installed a drainage pipe well below the cost of previous estimates I had received. The ground was sloped towards the drainage pipe and a pavers were installed in the entranceway. This solution worked. I was able to grow grasss in an area that had been a swamp duriing the summer.
Crystal gave me an invoive of all materials used. The cost of the materials was less than expected, so that the final cost was below estimate. Definitely will use them again

Crystal was a joy to work with. She contacted me right away and was more than willing to see the project and gave me an estimate quickly. She has an easy personality, a professional demeanor and is knowledgable about her career. When difficulties arose she worked with me and was willing to put the job off for awhile. When I contacted her she came within a couple of days and the job was well done and finished quickly. When a question arose about the pruning of my tree she responded the same day. The area where the bushes were is VERY clean and looks very professional. I am also excited that my tree will last quite a few years more and willl look beautiful this fall season.
I would highly recommend this company and Angie's list because that is how I found them. :) I plan on using them for the many projects I have around my yard.

Everything has gone very good. Their price was very reasonable, and the shrubbery that they put in was of good size and very healthy. The only issue I have is the lack of communication that sometimes comes up. It is hard to get in touch with them, sometimes.

The job went fantasitc. Crystal and Mike did an incredible job. It was a very physical job that started by having to and quot;de-jungleand quot; my backyard from all the weeds that had gotten out of control. Once that was done, the stumps were ground and then the retaining wall was built. Next came the back breaking work of having over 21 yard of top soil dropped in the yard and spread about.
The last step was seeding the yard and setting up the sprinklers. Crystal and Mike were awesome. I added some things along the way, i.e. adding seeding the side yard and then they offered to set up the sprinklers on timers. This was all done during the July heatwave, but Crystal said as long as I water the heck out it, the grass will grow. And it did!!!
I now have a usable backyard that my son immediately said - and quot;we can play soccer out there!and quot;
I would hire Cand B landscaping again in a heart beat.

The work was superb! Cand B's Master Gardener designed the gardens with an excellent eye toward beauty and ease of maintenance. I got to go with Crystal to choose the plants I liked out of the ones she suggested in the design. Really, her expertise and creativity made it easy. I kept saying I like everything you've recommended, you decide as the expert the plants that are most useful and maintenance free. And, she did.
The team worked diligently to complete the work and willingly suggested they could return if hurricane Irene did damage. Not even the mulch was unduly disturbed, the garden was planted so well! Cand B are going to be the company who will open the garden and close it; prune our trees and other plants as needed; and give us excellent advice on the lawn.

What a fantastic company this is! I met Crystal, and she seems to be incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of landscaping and tree care. She could not have been more helpful, kind, and ultra-conscientious -- you immediately sense that this is a person you can trust. She recommended and planted some beautiful flowering shrubs that we would never have known about; she found and diagnosed some hidden blight on a shrub and removed it before it could spread. All the work was done with great care, and everything was explained very clearly and patiently. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful company!

The communication could have been better, but it is the heart of the "season" and the weather hasn't been cooperating. Other than that they are wonderful to deal with and are hard workers.

This is the second time Crystal and Mike have done work for me. The first time was for repair of old stone walls and sidewalks. They are the most conscieciousous, professional and pleasant individuals you could ever meet in the business world. Everything went exactly as planned and as they were working they went out of their way to suggest several things that needed to be done, at no extra cost, that I hadn't thought of. One of which was to remove vines that were covering a shed roof which was starting to cause rot due to the lack of sun. That took a bit of effort on Mike's part as the shed roof is quite steep. They take great care when planting, providing peat moss, fertlizer, top soil and whatever else is needed to make for proper growth. Of course you need to keep up the watering when they have finished! Crystal and Mike work well together and as noted in many of the reports that have been submitted, Crystal really has a gift for taking your garden or current landscape and making it into something really beautiful by using what you have and removing and adding to it. She listens to what you'd like and lets you know if it will work under the conditions that exist in your landscape and makes suggestions that you can take or leave at will. As a side note; due to he excessive amount of rain some of the hollys needed extra attention and Crystal came right out to take care of the problem. There is never any hesitation on her part do do what is right. I will have them come again for any future work that needs to be done. As I am very particular about my yard and gardens, that is the highest complement I can give.

We needed to get done: Redesign of front yard flower beds Create new flower bed Remove all old plants, mulch etc Trim and shape few trees and plants Replace old mulch Redo our backyard patio with pavers and repair our walkway Stone edging our backyard under deck area, refresh gravel General cleanup We took multiple estimates with design recommendations. Crystal from Cand B had the best plant and shrub recommendations and competitive price. We liked her openness to work with us in selecting plants. She has thorough knowledge and spent time to understand our needs and likes. During nursery visit when we inadvertently suggested plants not suitable for our requirements she made excellent alternate suggestions. They were professional, prompt and excellent in communication. They started work on time and completed work as per schedule. They were flexible when we asked them to make last minute changes and were willing to accommodate. Their final charges were inline with their estimates. Crystal and Mike were very professional and personable to work with. We will gladly hire them again for any future work.

We met with Crystal and another person (forgot name). They assessed our yard and the amount of work based on the schedule we asked for. I asked that they use their best judgment, according to rainfall, whether or not to water our potted plants. They offered a fair price to do the work. And when we returned from vacation all our plants were in perfect condition and the lawn was cut neater than when I left it.

They were terrible. I had to have another landscaper come in, when I could get him to come, to fix what they messed up. They talk a good game but the work is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. When the other landscaper came, he said it was foolish to get rid of that. You just had to put down. I had all kinds of weeds coming through. I have shrubs in the whole yard, the back and the front. I don't know how much of weeds they removed. Not many I guess because a week or so later the weeds were coming up through the mulch. There were 2 guys and one of them was drunk and was talking to himself and swearing. I am disabled so I stayed in the house. My neighbor was right out here when they came and I also had a painter who was out here doing my deck the whole time they were here. Their pricing was unsatisfactory. They didn't do half the stuff I wanted done. I wanted them to put 6 X 6 timbers around the yard but after I saw that, I thought I didn't want them anymore. So after that, they were done. I can't say about their punctuality because I didn't know what time they were supposed to start. They were the worst people I ever had and for the price I paid. I had another landscaper come in August. He charged me almost $1000.00 and he still couldn't rectify what C and B had done. She was supposed to prune the shrubs which she did partially. I just can't get over it. I read the report on them in Angie's List and they seemed knowledgeable. I have had landscapers coming for years but I have never had one like this. I am totally disabled. If I could it, I would be out in the yard. My yard was one of the best in the neighborhood. I am the only one with an in-ground irrigation system. They did a real lousy job. I wasn't happy with them so I will definitely not use them again in the future.

Mike and Crystal were great. They definitely did a great job. We had some ideas about what we wanted to do around the house. They listened, and then they had some good ideas themselves. They worked hard and found ways to get the look we wanted without having to go out of our budget. These are strong big folks and did the job in no time. We had agreed to additional charges because of miscelleneous fees at the dump and for additional dirt. When it came to payment day, they waived those charges and took just our contracted amount which made us happy. They were responsive to emails and phone calls and communicated well when issues surfaced. When they called, it was not to point out problems, but to discuss solutions, which we found very professional.

We had a patio and fire pit installed by Crystal and Mike a few months earlier and had discussed the fact that we needed trees removed. They quoted the job at that time. We had a couple of other companies quote also. Their price was more than reasonable and since they had done such a great job with the pavers we had no problem deciding to have them do the job. Some of the very large branches were over our tool shed and to the house. I watched them cut the trees as I was concerned about the proximity to the buildings. I was very impressed with the care they took and the confidence with which they preformed the work. They put me a ease with the whole process. After finishing, they cleaned everything up and left nothing for me to deal with. We are going to be planting trees on our boarder line in the next few months and will have them do the work. I will post a coment on that project when completed.

hey were okay. I will not use them again because when they first came out, they told me that they had to go to the dump. It was quite sometime before they came back and when they did, they told me that the dump was closed and that the dump didn’t have a permit. I called the dump. The person told me that they weren’t closed. When I spoke to these guys again, I could smell liquor on their breath. I could understand them stopping for a beer since it was a hot day, but not them drinking while they were at work.

It went very smoothly. Crystal and Mike were very organized, creative and professional. They did a great job. The finished product looked even better than I expected. They arrived on time and finished on time. They were scruplulous about the bill - the vendor delivered more mulch than they had ordered, but they just charged me for the amount they had ordered. They are great!
