We got three quotes and he was the lowest of the three. We found him through a referral from a friend who used him and were happy with his results. I was pretty happy. I have siding on the side of the house and the paint he used didn’t allow the moisture that was inside to come back out. Any place where the siding came in contact with brick or other materials, water wicked up and the siding crumbled; it turned to mush and fell off. This was a problem with the manufacture of the siding. It cost me a lot of money to get it replaced. He showed up with a crew of guys that worked hard. They painted it twice and rolled it twice, all in one day. They cleaned up and then they were gone. It was nice. The price was good. I had painted the trim and had done it in a different color than the house. He told me that if I did the horizontals and the verticals the same color it would make the house look tall and skinny; it made it look out of proportion. He painted the vertical portions the same color as the house. When he was done, he was 100% correct; it looked much better. It was smart of me to listen to him. I absolutely would use him again. I recommended him to the neighbor down the street.
