After all of these excuses and lies, we happened to stop by the property to discover many of our materials (which were laying outside) gone - expensive items, like nearly all of the roof material, for example, and many more items. We didn't want to believe that it could possibly be our contractor team and even told ourselves that perhaps someone stole them from the property. We sent a text and left a voicemail to our contractor inquiring about this missing material. And heard NO RESPONSE. After two days of complete silence, we very strongly sensed that it was in fact our contractor who stole the material, which we paid for. We then decided that enough is enough and we've given these people enough chances to be responsible, professional, and quite, honestly, decent people and they continue to show us they are not. So we contacted an attorney to fire them. We contacted the contractor to let them know that they are fired, and finally they called us back. When we spoke with one of the contractor team members, we made mention of our suspicion that they stole the material and he neither denied the fact nor seemed surprised that the material was gone. In fact, he went on to defend that they material was theirs. Which by the way couldn't be further from the truth, as confirmed by our attorney. So even though we didn't physically see them take the material, we're 99.9% positive that they did. And what's worse is we actually saw them advertising a roof job on Facebook right as all of this was happening. I wonder whose material they used for this. Absolutely appalling and shameless.
All Saints Remodeling LLC are truly some of the most unethical, unprofessional, indecent people we have ever worked with. They give the contractor profession a bad name and are an embarrassment to the industry.
We thank them for this major learning lesson and want to share our experience so that someone out there may read this and stay away. If I may say, quite frankly, they will screw you and then pretend like it never happened.
