Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
I received four quotes to replace a flat roof on my rental property. All were within a pretty close range in terms of cost but Yanny spent the most time carefully examining the job and explained all of the important details that needed to be addressed and why in order to do the job right. He was able to get the job done quickly once a good weather window opened and knocked it out efficiently with his crew. They also cleaned up well. I am looking to hire him for another job this spring.

Replaced chimney flashing. Responded promptly. Showed up for estimate right on time. Recognized emergency situation and got the job done promptly and beautifully on the only clear day between the torrential rains. More expensive than others quoted, but worth it for the speed and workmanship.

I have owned this house since 1981 and have never had a better job by a better contractor. The house was built in 1867 and will be applying to the National Register of Historic Places; in addition to the usual standards of fine work done in a timely manner there were several special and unusual requirements for this work because of the historic nature of the house, and this company successfully met all of them. Mr. Murcia went out of his way to complete the job to the highest standard of excellence.

YDMG was outstanding. In late September, a tree branch fell onto the roof and created a 2-inch diameter hole in the roof. YDMG responded within minutes to my request to Home Advisor and scheduled an appointment the same day. They came back to my Greenwich, CT house the next day to repair the roof. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They were very professional and eager to please. I also asked them to clean the gutters which they did on the spot. YDMG is my go-to roofing contractor in the future.

Fantastic right from the beginning. Hired on a Friday, on Saturday roof started leaking worse, they were at my house in 20 minutes putting up a tarp. Started work on Monday then and were done by Tuesday. Fantastic experience, friendly hardworking guys that actually want to do a good job and keep the customer happy

Arrive on time daily, finish each section of roof, by end of day, so if it rains over night, roof is covered.(no leaks ) Clean up after each day's work. Experts at what they do, I would recomend to everyone, who's looking for a TOP quality roof job. Nice group of hard working men. Gave a good quote, stuck to it as closely as possible, I did need more work done once they took off old roof, but they didn't do any without my OK. first. Will hire them again in 30 years to replace this roof, if needed.
