I had four other providers come in and provide quotes from 2500-4000 dollars - most demanding I removed all tack strip and staples before they begin work and even telling me I needed to hire a carpenter to repair some stains on the wooden staircase. Guzman did magic - the floors are showroom quality and he did everything - including removing and disposing of staples and tack strip. He got the job done on time and we were dazzled by the quality.
