"Santella Masonry tried several times to contact the member's to resolve the issues after begin contacted by Angie's List. We would like to resolve this matter. Unfortunately the request of returning all the money is not a resolution we will accept. We will gladly send over a mason and a foreman to address any repairs that are necessary. This work was done 1 year ago and we are willing to resolve in an amicable way."
