This was our second time working with Victor and we are so happy with his work and his communication throughout (both of) the projects! He is responsive, does excellent work, and extremely respectful and fair. Can’t wait to use him again!

Victor is very responsive and pays attention to details.

S&V was the first to respond to our request for chimney repointing, and they had the best estimate. They were courteous and professional and committed to doing the job within two weeks. It was obvious that they were eager for the business. The workers arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They finished early, so we inquired about doing some additional patch work, and they were happy to accommodate us at no additional cost. They came back to finish up with some additional roofing cement after having been paid. We could not be more pleased with the job and with home advisor vetting them ahead of time.

Victor gave us a good price for the work he did He came when he said and he and his worker were friendly and professional. He did an awesome job. We needed our pavers lifted up and cemented back down. We are happy with the work done. We are having him come back and do another project. Would highly recommended him.

We hired Victor and SV to rebuild our natural stone retaining wall. It turned out so amazing we hired them to build a stone patio and wall that we had dreamed about for years. Victor was attentive and his design ideas were spot on. It was a delight working with the team. Expect to call him for our next project. Good value.

Did exceptional work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended. They built a 2.5 wall across the back property line and installed Belgium block around our driveway - completed the work in just over one week and cleaned up after. Amazing job. Their experience was evident and appreciated! Thank you guys for the wonderful stone wall and the Belgium block driveway. Looks amazing!

Victor and his crew installed a beautiful patio for us. He was great to work with, very professional, and tried hard to give me the effect that I wanted, including going to some trouble to find stones that were the right color. The pattern is lovely and the work was done meticulously. He is a perfectionist. The project was completed on time and the price was very fair. S& V are the best. We recommend the highly.

Vjictor and his team did an excellent job replacing our front steps and walkway. They arrived on time each day and worked diligently until the job was completed. I wish every contractor we've hired since moving to Connecticut last year would have the work ethics and dedication to his job that Victor and his crew has. Victor and his staff were all courteous, professional and were beyond our expectations, they did a beautiful job on our entry sidewalk and patio, it is perfect and we are very happy with his work. Victor is such a pleasure to work with, he did the job on time, within our budget and we are exceptionally pleased with the finished product, I only wish he was a painter, landscaper and a handyman too, as we have the task of finding them now. But we are grateful we found Victor and his crew thanks to HomeAdvisor!

Victor and his team did an amazing job installing new blue-stone steps, pavers, etc. They did the work efficiently and professionally.Victor communicated clearly when they were going to be onsite to complete the work. Viktor and the S&V team were amazing. They worked in a timely fashion and did an amazing job. Viktor was responsive and went above and beyond to incorporate everything I wanted in my patio. I would highly reccomend this company and plan to rehire them next year when I redo my walk ways.

The entire team was professional and friendly. They were on time, kept me updated on progress and the job was completed earlier than anticipated. I will use them again if I have another project.

Victor and his crew were excellent. He was very courteous to me and my wife. He did a lot of work for us, he took out our old brick patio, leveled the floor and built a new stone patio (about 20x20ft) he built us 2 firepits (one stone and one propane) and built stone steps to the house from the patio. He is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end product. He was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. He did exactly what we asked him to do (which rarely happens in construction) he gave us a very strong quote and kept his word and didn't have any hidden or extra charges in the end. He cleaned up after himself and was dependable. My only criticism was that the work took longer than expected though mostly because of rain. Overall I would highly recommend him and would use them again.

Victor from S & V did a great job on our walkways. He was very prompt - and communicated frequently, never had to worry about showing up. He had great ideas on walkways with an eye towards value, and his work workmanship was outstanding. It is a pleasure to recommend this hardworking friendly guy

The project changed from concrete to pavers instead. The pavers are a little more expensive, but well worth it. The curb appeal is vastly improved. The workmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend S & V Construction for any stone or masonry work.

Victor was very courteous, punctual, and understanding of work to be done to repair concrete entry pad for handicap ramp, performed work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with his quality of workmanship.

The owner responded quickly, and it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. He brought us photos of his work to look at before deciding to move ahead. We thought the price was fair, not inexpensive, but real quality work was done. We had planned to use existing stone but he replaced it with all new stone at the price originally quoted. We did not need to pay for services until the work was complete and we were completely satisfied. We plan to use Victor and his company again and would highly recommend the quality of his work and his professionalism.
