The painters worked fast at the expense of precision and took shortcuts. Coverage was poor in places. Trim was sloppy. Switch plates, vent grates and curtain hardware were not removed because no one is going to see the walls behind it. Painters used our bathtub to clean up and left it a mess. When we pointed out that paint was splattered on furniture, floors and windows, we were told that it is latex and will wash off.

From the beginning, this project had its problems. The sales person was polite and accommodating, but that was where it ended. They were to book an appointment within 3 days. They did not do that. In fact, we had to call several times before they would finally show up, and with only 1 day's notice at that. It progressively got worse. The job from that day was clearly rushed, many missed spots and uneven coverage the final straw was one of the painters to just finish because it was late was using his cel phone flash light to paint how is that, I finally told him to just stop, go to find out they were all sub contractors hired by precision painting, when I told them of all my concerns they said they would be by to make it right but but they never did, we got several quotes all around the same price but went with the bigger contractor instead of the smaller company that does all the work themselves we made a mistake, go with the guy that comes over and has paint on his hands because he is the one doing the job he is the one if your not happy will make it right.

Applied a single coat of paint to the walls. Needs another coat. They came out took pictures and said they would get back to me. Nothing after that. I have emailed them. I have to finish the job myself.

Had a wonderful experience with this company and would most certainly hire them again in a heartbeat. While the quote was by no means low, we chose them based on their professionalism from the offset and we were not disappointed. They painted walls in two large living room and kitchen area, and painted two fireplaces and we are thrilled with the results. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless, communication with project manager was excellent throughout, and the entire experience was great. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job as promised with exceptional attention to detail.
