Petra and her whole family (we ended up using her husband as a gardener/general handyman and her son Tony as a handyman) were an absolute pleasure to work with. I remodel properties in five states and I have rarely come across a person who works harder and smarter than Petra. Our investment property was in a sad state (insects, spiders, webs, grime, moisture damage, wood damage, etc.) and after Petra was finished we found that we didn't have to spend as much replacing things as we thought. The kitchen cabinets were full of grime and moisture damage--we thought we would need to replace them, but after she was done with them (she used elbow grease and some magic cleaner) they were beautiful and looked like new again.
The value that Petra provides is astounding. We tipped her when she was finished because we were so overwhelmed with how much she had accomplished and for such a reasonable price. We brought her back for other odds and ends as the remodel progressed--I just wish we could take her with us on every remodel. Petra is kind, honest, extremely hard working, smart, and provides amazing value. Don't hesitate to hire her--your house will look amazing, your wallet will feel great, and your faith in humanity might just be restored (seriously).

I have never been dissapointed. They come every week. They clean the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway, family room, office with bathroom,bar area, bathrooms, and upstairs hallway and one of our bedrooms. They clean all of the lamps and chandeliers. As stated above they are always doing a project like sweeping my garage, cleaning my refrigerator and my oven. I don't really know how they do it all. My neighbor uses them also and had used them for 8 years. You can't go wrong here. This is not a chain, The same people come every week and you can get to know them. They are very pleasant, hard-working people.
