The next morning, I called the office and was given the same service window, 12-4pm. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I hadn't gotten a call by 3:30 and called and was told he was on his way from the next town over. He arrived at 5pm. He spent 15 minutes doing actual work and 45 minutes sitting in my driveway calling it in before I could sign and be done with it.
As far as I can tell, the unit is working. (It has only been a few hours.) I just would not choose to use a company like this who gives you a 4 hour window (which I consider to be very long) and can't even stick to it and waste my time with the "calling it in" process. From what I can tell, John is the main guy in the office and is very nice. In cases like this, nice isn't as valuable as punctual and efficient and unfortunately OSA is neither of those things.
