The price is rather high for no-frills service and the channel bundels aren't customizable at all. They are reasonably responsive on the phone (though wait times can be pretty long) and the service people are generally nice and competent. The problem is that the people on the phone seem to have no communication with the service people - on multiple occasions the service people have been surprised at the problem they were called to fix, saying that their call sheet lists the problem as something else. Finally, their automated system for confirming service appointments seems to cancel appointments at random - make sure you call back and talk to a live person!!

I availed of their bundled package. Their price is not that bad and I pay the same price every month. I don't have to worry about the phone, internet and cable. I liked the features that comes with the phone like caller I.D. and unlimited calls. I did not have one problem with them. I like the fact that they are honest. Sometimes they would take percentage off from my bill. They are very punctual because they would arrive on time. I would use them again in the future.

I pay them monthly. I think I'm spending a bit too much. They are very punctual.
