They guys knew what they were doing and had all of the right tools to do the service. The owner (Mark) was on site the day of the job and his son was running the team (as well as doing the climbing). Very happy with the job and service. The only negative thing I could possible say was that I called them twice to tell them I wanted to move ahead with their quote (1st call I left a message, 2nd call (4 or 5 days later) I spoke to a person) - it took about a week and a half for them to get back to me from the first call. They were very responsive when I was looking for a quote, so this must have been a case of miscommunication.

came right over and gave me estimate of cost ( which was right in line with a couple of other quotes I had recd. ) understood my concern due to size of tree along with proximity to not only my house but neighbors ... was the only service that agreed to take down that afternoon even though still raining ( wind had died down.)...very pleased with over all experience .... lawn did take a beating due to crane but cannot blame that on northeast since they took tree down in rain and lawn was saturated...completely satisfied with work even had them come back in a couple of weeks to take down a couple of more trees ( note neighbor also had them take down a tree that required crane )

We found them on Angie's List. It had been raining for a few days before they came. They drove their trucks through the grass and sunk their wheels in really deep. They said they would come back the next day to fix it and they didn't. It took months and they still didn't. We ended up fixing it ourselves, but it's still not the same. They ruined the lawn. I got a sob story from the owner. I felt bad, but we still weren't happy with the service. I did like the work they did and they were really nice until that happened. They did a good job, but they ruined the lawn.

THE WORKERS OF NORTHEAST TREE SERVICE WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN THE REMOVAL OF THE TWO TREES. THEY PERFORMED THEIR WORK QUICKLY AND HAD THE DEAD TREES CUT UP AND REMOVED IN ONE DAY.
