He was very responsive and ordered a replacement that was custom fit to the opening so that he would minimize installation costs. To no fault of his the skylight producer - Velux - redesigned a low slope window a couple of years after he installed the prior model.  He is very professional  and I would recommend him to anyone looking to install skylights.

Mr. Skylight was prompt and courteous. John hopped up on our roof and resolved the issue permanently shutting our uncloseable skylight until the work could be performed to avoid any rain damage to the stairs beneath. Scheduling was a breeze. The replacement skylight works fantastically and looks 100% times better then the old one. I plan to have his guys return to complete the second skylight in the bedroom to match.
