The job was completed after approximately 3 weeks. Months later the stain started wear off. The stain wore off on a porch that wasn't even used. We repeatedly contacted Mike Cizik and he finally came out to look at the problem. This was 2014! He was perplexed as to why the stain wore off but assured us that he would have his men return to resand and apply the stain. Several attempts were made and each time he would say "I'll get to it but I'm not sure when". It is now Oct 2014 and the last time he was contacted he assured me he would be here. No sign that he is going to return. The ad that is placed in the paper says "Satisfaction Guaranteed". We certainly were not satisfied after spending 1300.00 and have two porches that we have to have finished by someone else!!
