Excellent service, thorough cleaning of the 5 rooms of my choice (per the special deal),

The boss of the company came to my house along with 3 women who did not speak much of English.  They were very quick at their tasks to clean 4 to 5 rooms but the quality of their cleaning skills were fair to poor and maybe due to them rushing.

I responded to a coupon offer.  
The group of three arrived nearly 1.5 hours late, but they had called to let me know.  Clearly they were not prepared for the response ot the offer.
They worked very quickly and thoroughly.  I had no complaints about the quality of the cleaning, which took about 2.5 hours.  I thought they could have spent a little more time and gone more slowly, however, a feeling confirmed when a light fixture was broken.
They did all they could to repair it and throughout were gracious and professional.

Called and made an appointment; had to reschedule and they very kindly did so. Arrived and vacuumed and mopped our floors, cleaned our refrigerator and microwave, sink and oven in kitchen. Windexed the widows and slider, polished all furniture, cleaned under the cushions of sofa and all chairs, cleaned the woodwork in all the rooms and the blinds. Great job on tiles, tub, marble floor, sinks and toilet in bathroom.  Great job in make-up room, make-up table, mirrors, bureaus, etc.

This is the second time in a year I have used their services, so I am an 'occasional' customer. They do a very nice job, and since there are three people, there at once it is very quick, about 1.5 hours for 5 rooms, which I like, rather than one person taking 4+ hours.
They charge by the room, which I am not crazy about as some rooms, such as the kitchen and bathroom, need a lot of work, but for others, I just need vacuuming and dusting. But it does all seem to work out well in the end - just let them know exactly what you want and they will do it, such as the cleaning the kitchen hood and details like that.
I am happy they can fit me in on an occasional basis, and will continue to use them.

They showed up a little late because they didn't know the area. Overall from start to finish they did a good job. Was a little surprised how they counted some of the rooms.

It was easy to set up an appointment. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again. They were very good and very thorough. I almost paid for the service twice without even realizing it and the employee actually stopped me and let me know it was already paid for and I didn't need to pay the initial price again. I really appreciated the honesty they showed.

MA cleaning service is always on time and do a good job cleaning the house. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, we were happy with the quality for a low price. They arrived at a reasonable time, a little late, but completed the job efficiently.

They missed some things.

I am very happy with their services. The owner contacted me very quickly and set up a time and date. They were very nice and did a great job, very thorough.  I will recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They were great and came out on short notice to help me out. I live too far out so they will not be able to come again but they referred me to someone else.

I thought they did a really crappy job. They kept changing the time on me and they were very unhappy that I didn't want harsh chemicals used. They didn't supply anything so it is not like that is an issue, but they didn't like what I chose. My daughter is literally deathly allergic to chlorine, so we have to be very careful and they had a significant attitude about this. I was quite disappointed. I scheduled them ages prior to come at this time between 3:30 and 5:30 and then they called to switch it and then they didn't come at the time they switched it to. I changed my life around for that. We were having a very large party on Sunday, so we thought we would have 5 rooms cleaned, well I should have thought about the fact that rooms are in the eye of the beholder. They cleaned a full bath and a half bath and we have no children here; we are very clean. We are two adults in our 50s. They cleaned the living room, dining room and our bedroom. The half bath would take me 15 minutes to clean with a toothbrush; it is very small and we are very clean. There were still cobwebs when they were done. It was really disappointing. I hate to say bad things about people but I would not use them again on a bet. I would think with them coming to house where we don't have a housecleaner that they would do such a great job in case we wanted to hire them for the future, but we sure as heck don't. I don't know about their prices because I just bought the big deal from Angie's List. I wouldn't recommend them. I have seen worse housecleaners.

The three ladies who came to clean went right to work, cleaned like professionals with no chit-chat. They were done very quickly and  did an excellent and thorough job!  My kitchen  is a thing of beauty thanks to them.  The next time I have some one come in to clean for me, this will absolutely be who I call.

They have been cleaning my home twice a month for years.  They are honest and reliable.
