First, I liked that they scheduled an appointment to develop the quote and Fabio Gaca showed up right on time. The quote he provided was quite detailed, he was patient in answering my questions, and I appreciated his insights and recommendations on paint. He gave me a start date for the job, and they started the work on that day. They did an exceptional job on the sanding and prep work. I was also satisfied with the painting, though I felt that they could have been neater - there were quite a few drips on our driveway, the flagstone in front of our front door and the stone around the foundation of our house. That's the only reason why I gave them a B for quality instead of an A. The customer service is excellent. Fabio is very responsive, and easy to work with. I was also very pleased with Jorge, who was the senior person on site at our house. Overall, I would definitely use them again (we are considering using them to paint the interior of our house), and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a painter.

Overall, they did a great job. We were very happy with the finished product. The owner, Fabio was very responsive to our requests/questions/concerns and ideas. There were some issues of professionalism that were concerning to me. We were not living at the house during their work. However, we did come by every couple of days to do yard work. While there, we had brought some beers for ourselves and put them in the fridge. The next week, we came back to find the painters had drank all our beers and left the bottles laying around the house. We had just bought the house and were lucky enough to have some time before we had to leave our old place. we had Lubraz come in and paint/redo the floors prior to us moving in. The painters started the day after we closed on the house (April 14). Fabio told us that the job would take 10 days and would have day and night crews working round the clock if needed to finish on time. We made it very clear to him that we HAD to move in on April 29 and the job needed to be done by then. He continuously assured us that it would not be a problem. They ended up having to do the finishing touches the morning of April 29. Luckily, it did not effect our moving but for about a week straight we were really sweating wondering if this would get done. At no point were we ever given any indication that the ability to finish on time would be effected. At the end of the day, it was not that big of a deal but worth mentioning if you have a deadline for a project.

Luis (business owner) did the estimate, and said that I should go to a Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore store, buy some samples and try them out on different walls in the two rooms. I do not remember purchasing the paint (this was 3 years ago), other than the small sample containers, and 3 colors were used (room 1, room 2, and a white for trim) and I only remember choosing the 2 room colors. Therefore, I believe that the cost of the paint was included in the $1000 estimate, and the painters arrived with the paint on the first day of the job.
Two painters arrived on the morning of day 1, I showed them which color goes in which room, gave them a house key, and I left for my job. I got a call mid-afternoon of day 2 from Luis, telling me that the job was done, and ready for my inspection.
In short, they did a FANTASTIC job. The walls themselves were painted perfectly. The painters also carefully dismantled the blinds on the windows, an existing additional curtain rod above each window, and the 2 sliding doors to the closets (one in each room). Those doors and the electrical outlets and their cover plates were all painted appropriately. All of the window and door trim, the baseboard heaters, and the ceilings were painted white. In addition, because they had extra paint left, they painted the small hallway adjacent to the 2 rooms, using the Guest BR color. They did all of the door trim there, too, in white.  The hallway was entirely free-of-charge, and was done just as well as the BRs. In retrospect, they took a bit of a risk, because the hallway was beyond the scope of the job. However, they made the absolutely correct choices, to the extent that, if Luis had said, during his estimate, "We should have enough of room 2's paint to do the hallway; we can do that too, for another XYZ dollars," I would have recognized that as a great idea and included it in the job.
Luis and his painters were 100% professional, and left behind nothing but a great job and the remaining excess paint (i.e., for future touch-ups, when something marks the wall and can't be cleaned off). 
Today, 3 years later, everything still looks great. 100% satisfied customer. When the time comes to paint other rooms in my home, Lubraz will be the first call that I make.

They did a poor job overseeing the job.  The workmanship in general was very poor.  They painted during thunder, and it rained immediately after.  They were not cognizant of weather conditions prior to painting.  They didn’t do any prep work; I had paint coming off right away, peeling from the windows.  They acknowledged my questions and concerns did not resolve any issues with workmanship.
