+ -1 moreI already had estimates from a number of roofing companies in Fairfield ranging from $8300 - $22,000. He was the best price by far with the exception of one other unlicensed contractor, which I did not choose for obvious reasons. LLE Construction has an A+ BBB Rating and a current license. I had a problem with my drip edge causing rain to come inside my house but the roof was 20 years old and needed replacing. Luis came out the next day after my leaking issues, removed the existing roof, placed 6 ft of ice and water barrier ( my house didn't have this before as the roof was outdated), installed drip and rake edges, copper chimney flashing, and lifetime GAF Timberline HD Shingles. The work was completed in two days and the crew showed up on time and worked hard until the job was completed. They cleaned up very well and I wogld highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Removed old layer of roofing and installed a new GAF Timberline HD roof with 6 ft of ice and water barrier.
