Our only problem was related to scheduling - it took a while for Lance to get us on his schedule, but given that we are a bit outside his typical job location, the weather didn't cooperate, and we weren't really pushy about when the work started, it wasn't really an issue. I get the feeling that if we needed the work done sooner, he would have put us on the schedule sooner. Once he started, he was on our job only.
We intend to use Lance again for carpentry work around the house, and would recommend him.
